Hi! I’m Karina. I’m trained in a sleep learning method called “the peaceful sleeper method”. It’s rooted in attachment and science. The beauty is that we meet you where you’re at. Through personalized coaching, I’ll work alongside you to develop a plan that works. Families often need a sounding board and guidance on their journey to achieve healthy sleep habits. My intention is to provide that along with insight, support, and practiced approach.
