Meet Karina: the simply sleep coach
Hey there!
I’m Karina, a fellow mom of three and a certified pediatric sleep consultant. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family studies in 2020. I have first hand experience as a paraeducator with affective needs and autism classrooms.
But, being a mom is my favorite. Helping families is my passion! Since becoming a mother and caregiver I’ve gained invaluable insights into the challenges faced by families. One of the biggest challenges we faced was baby and toddler sleep.
I know that when we sleep better we feel better. I want every parent to know that you don’t have to settle for clunky baby sleep. I have the tools to teach you and your baby how to sleep. Let’s work together!!

You'll learn how to set up a sleep-friendly environment, optimize age-appropriate schedules, and handle common sleep hurdles such as night awakenings and short naps. We'll uncover sleep associations, empower your baby to self-soothe, and nurture healthy sleeping patterns for a lifetime.
Guiding Principles
I believe that sleep essential! It’s important for the growth, development, and happiness of your child. Good sleep in babies teaches good sleep for life. Everyone needs sleep for their intellectual, emotional, and physical growth. This process is about moms and babies, but ultimately families, getting back to the sleep they deserve.
